Personal Note from Sailaja

Aavakaya was the first pickle I ever learned to make from my mother and later, with my mother-in-law. We’d sit together cutting mangoes and mixing the spices — the smell of mustard and chilli would fill the whole house. That first batch still remains one of my proudest moments in the kitchen.

Mango pickle

"I was super excited to try this pickle after seeing rave reviews and YouTube videos, but unfortunately, the mango pickle I received was a letdown. It didn't taste fresh and was broken into pieces and pulpy . I think it was just hype – this mango pickle didn't live up to the expectations."waste of money .I should have ordered a smaller quantity .seems like leftover pickle of last year .
